This bill will require carbon monoxide alarms in new 1-2 family and multi-family dwellings one year after adoption.

This bill will increase the fees for electrical licenses, apprentice registrations and the electrical exam fees.

These bills are proposed to adopt the International Energy Conservation Code without any amendments.

There is new House Bill 4730 which is proposed to require carbon monoxide detectors in hotel rooms. (PA 230)
